How Can I Help?

People contact me when they’ve tried everything else, and life still doesn’t feel good.

You’ve worked hard, followed the 5 step plan, changed up your job or relationship status, and life’s still not working.

Yup, been there.

Whether it’s a break-up or a break-down, I can help you find your own breakthroughs. I help you break-free from the patterns you’ve outgrown.

I listen to you. I ask questions. We dig a little deeper. You find your own answers.

Things start to shift.

You have clarity. Experience healing. You feel more whole.

The smile on your face widens.

How does all that happen?

We’ll probably end up talking about feeling your feelings and how they can act as a guide for you instead of something to try to numb or resist.

It’s likely the whole, “Yeah, but what will they think of me?”, fear of rejection and failure will make its way into the conversation.

Which means we also end up talking about those sneaky expectations that have shaped your identity and you’re ready to shake off, so you can just be you.

Leaving you with the big ask of loving, accepting, and trusting yourself (and the process) just as you are.

All of these things happen and then some.

But what do we actually do?

Sometimes we sit and breathe together.

Sometimes there is a big emotional release. Lots of laughter, tears, and tissues.

Sometimes my bright pink journal becomes the key to someone recognizing and valuing their own worth. (That’s just one of the many things I just can’t explain.)

We laugh. We talk. You learn to use your body as a tool and a gateway to connecting with your Self.

I’ve got 99 problems, can you answer this one?

People come to me lots of problems.

From binge eating, to relationship breakups; health issues to dissatisfaction in their career.

What they’re all saying is this: “Something’s not right. I want to feel more ME.”

I can’t answer that, but I can help you use your problems to help you find You.

OK, Tell me More…

Perhaps you want to unravel that emotional weight that feels like a big tangled ball of string; learn to name and feel your feelings in a healthy sustainable way. One that doesn’t rely on food or another old habit to get you through the day. Perfect. You’re in the right place.

Maybe you’re good with your feelings, it’s the negative self-talk that is tearing you apart and keeping you stuck in a relationship or job that is holding you back. Great. Let’s change the record to one that builds you up and gets you to a place where you are only saying “Yes!” to what you really and truly want.

Maybe you’re reading this and thinking, “Feelings? Self-talk? I couldn’t even tell you about those things. I just don’t know who I am anymore!” No problem. Let’s find out. (And FYI you’re brilliant, trust me.)

Maybe you’ve got a grip on your feelings, you’re generally quite kind to yourself, and you know who you are. You’re finally ready for everything to click and want to add some grease to the wheels,  embodying your full self. Yes! For sure we can do that.

So, what’s the plan?

I don’t have a prescription, a magic pill, or a 5 step plan to being more You. We work organically, starting where you are, with what you have.

I’m probably going to recommend that you start journaling (I’ll even give you your first journal).

And I’m biased towards yoga, dance, essential oils, and moving your body in nature; these are my personal go-to supports.

We create a container to work within; agree to meet for a number of sessions over a period of time.

We meet at a pace that works for you, either in person in Cross Hands, Llanelli, or through the video-conferencing service, Zoom.

We discuss the financial investment during your first complimentary call. Payment plans are available for you.

You start by reflecting on where you’re at, what you’d like to see change, and what might be getting in the way. And then you’re off.

My constant prayer is that our work together is something I can’t explain.

I leave room for the mystery, for your journey to take you where it needs to, without me manufacturing a specific outcome for you.
